Silicone Rubber Parts according to their characteristics can be divided into hot-vulcanized silicone rubber and two types of RTV silicone rubber. According to the different properties and uses can be divided into general-purpose, ultra-low temperature type, ultra-high temperature, high strength type, oil-based, medical-type and so on. Used by the different monomers can be divided into methyl vinyl silicone rubber, methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber, fluoro silicone, nitrile silicone rubber and so on.
The main properties of silicone rubber fiberglass fabric and features:
1.excellent high-temperature, low temperature performance (low temperature -70 , high temperature between 280 ; thermal insulation performance is good.
2.high intensity; both soft and have toughness, can be cut processing.
3.good resistance to chemical corrosion; anti-oil, water [may scrub].
4.heat aging and resistance to weather aging, as well as resistance to ozone, oxygen, light and so on.
5.with high insulation properties, dielectric constant 3 ~ 3.2, the breakdown voltage of 20 ~ 50kv/mm
Silicone adsorption of water, the way through the thermal desorption to remove water, heat in different ways, such as the electric furnace, flue waste heat heating and hot-air drying.
Regenerated Silicone, its general control moisture below 2% can be put into use again.
