The main raw material :
1.PE (Polyethylene)
(1) is mainly used for film, hollow containers, tubes, monofilament bags, cable materials.
(2) tasteless, non-toxic white powder or granules, milky white appearance with wax hand, water absorption is less than 0. 01/100.
2.EVA (Yi-Yi-ene-ene and Yi-acid ester copolymer)
(1) is mainly used to manufacture wire, film, bicycle seats, tires and soles and other products.

(2)molding temperature of 170 ~ 200C
3.PVC (PVC Yi-ene plastic)
(1)the general toxic, can be used to produce sandals, shell, tube, valves and pumps and other products.
(2)molding temperature of 160 ~ 190C, the nozzle temperature is higher than barrel temperature 10 ~ 20C, injection pressure 90PA above. Packing pressure of 60 ~ 80PA, mold temperature of 40C.
4.PP (polypropylene plastic)
barrel temperature after 160 ~ 180C, in 180 ~ 200C, the former 200 ~ 220C, the nozzle 200 ~ 280C, mold temperature of 60 ~ 80C, injection pressure of 40 ~ 70PA, injection time is 20 ~ 60, cooling time 20 ~ 60S
5.PS (poly stupid Yi-ene)
(1)high transparency, good electrical insulation, easy coloring, processing, good fluidity and good rigidity and good resistance to chemical corrosion, less than is that of crisp, low-impact strength, easy to a stress cracking, heat intolerance boiling water for poor and so on.
(2)PS The shrinkage of 0.4 / 100 0.7 / 100, heat distortion temperature of only 70 ~ 90C, only a long time at 60 ~ 80 degrees temperature range.
6.ABS (acrylonitrile, butadiene, and Yi-ene polymers)
(1)liquidity than PVC, and PC is good, but better than PE, PA, and PS poor, the POM, HIPS is similar.
(2)the general drying temperature is 80 ~ 85 degrees, the time is 2 ~ 4H.
7.PA, also known as nylon (polyamide)
(1)excellent abrasion resistance, wear-resistance, oil resistance and self-run nature of disadvantage for the hygroscopicity big, acid-poor, in the wet into the big changes in the environment.
(2)appearance of transparent or opaque milk-white or yellow of the pellet.
8.PC (Polycarbonate)
(1)highlighting the impact of performance excellence and transparency, electrical insulation. Disadvantages hygroscopic big, easy to produce air bubbles and silver processing, product is easy to produce residual stress, and notch sensitivity large.
(2)the impact performance is the best kind of thermoplastic, but poor resistance to stress cracking, abrasion than the PA, POM, and F4 arithmetic than the PSF, ABS, PMMA contour.
9.POM (POM)
(1)mechanical properties and rigid near the metal materials, wear-resistant, self-run and friction is good, and UHMWPE, PA, F4, together known as the four major wear-resistant plastic material. Disadvantages density, acid resistance and heat resistance is not good, after the big contract.
(2)drying temperature of 110 ~ 120C, time of 3 ~ 5H.
10.PU (Polyurethane)
(1)PU good elasticity, abrasion resistance to make shoe soles.
(2)is mainly used to do tires, high-end sports shoes, sports synthetic running track and so on.
